Your suppliers start from the vendor on your Shopify products. Add the pack sizes, minimums and costs you buy at, then correct them in bulk or from the price list a supplier sends you.

- Keep a spreadsheet for each supplier with their codes and prices.
- Copy columns across by hand whenever a new price list arrives.
- Look up pack sizes and minimum orders every time you place an order.
After
- Efficiencia lists the vendors on your active Shopify products. One confirmation creates a supplier for each and links the products that have none yet.
- Set pack size, minimum order and cost on one product, or select several products and set them together.
- Or upload a supplier’s price list as a CSV file. Efficiencia suggests what each column is from its header — supplier SKU, unit cost, pack size, minimum order, fixed target — and you confirm or change it.
- Rows are matched to your Shopify products by SKU or variant ID. Where a row could match more than one product, you choose, and nothing is saved until you review it.
- Where a supplier cost is missing, Efficiencia uses the cost per item from Shopify and marks it as Shopify’s.
Where it fits
Efficiencia goes from your suppliers to the order you send, then keeps an eye on what runs out. This is the suppliers step, and it uses the same suppliers and products as the others.
