Stay on top of reordering, without checking Shopify by hand
Today is the first screen you see: the suppliers to order from, the products that will run out before an order can arrive, and the orders that need you. A morning email says the same.

Before and after
Before
- Export stock into a spreadsheet each week to see what is low.
- Find out a product is gone when a customer orders it.
- Filter the Orders page for unfulfilled orders and work out which ones are old.
- Open shipped orders one by one to check they have tracking.
- Notice negative stock only when an order can’t be fulfilled.
After
- Reorder lists each supplier with products to reorder now, fewest days left first, and opens the order for review.
- Running out before an order can arrive lists the products whose stock lasts fewer days than their supplier takes to deliver.
- Orders that need you lists paid orders not shipped, shipments without tracking, partial fulfillments and negative stock, each with the reason and a link to fix it in Shopify.
- A morning email repeats those three sections in short, with a link back. It is sent only when something needs you, and not again when nothing has changed since the last one.
- Between mornings, an email alert tells you when a product sells out or will run out before an order can arrive. Alerts are batched into one email at most every 30 minutes, mention each product once until it is back in stock, and can be switched off in Settings → Email.
- Once a problem is fixed in Shopify, it leaves the list.
What counts as an order problem
Four checks, each with a plain reason. Shopify already shows fraud and risk on every order, so Efficiencia does not repeat it.
Paid orders not shipped after 48 hours.
Orders still only partly shipped after 48 hours.
Shipped orders without a tracking number.
Products with negative available stock at a location.
You can change both times, or switch a check off, in settings.
The morning email
It is a short pointer back into the app, not a second copy of it.
Sent at 7:00 in your shop’s time zone, every day or on Mondays only.
To the shop owner, or to up to three addresses you choose. Switch it off any time.
Names up to five suppliers to reorder from and the products that run out first.
Where it fits
Efficiencia goes from your suppliers to the order you send, then keeps an eye on what runs out. This is the stay on top step, and it uses the same suppliers and products as the others.
Suppliers
Created from your Shopify vendors, with your pack sizes and minimums.
Reorder
What to order from each supplier, why, and the order ready to send.
